Telephone and videoconference interpreting is a convenient way to instantly access an interpreter and still communicate effectively when meeting in person is not an option.
You can activate this service at any time and in any location by phone or using dedicated apps via the computer, internet or mobile networks.

We offer three services:
• Standard Service: everyday and informal conversations
• Business Service: professional and business conversations
• Expert Service: conversations that need an in-depth understanding of specific terminology or the formalities required in certain situations

You can add up to five phone numbers of other parties or request an interpreter using third-party videoconference systems, such as GoToMeeting, WebEx, Vidyo and others. If you are travelling in an area with poor or no internet access, you can ask to access the service via your phone and use the speaker phone option or a simple adapter/signal splitter so both parties can each use a pair of headphones.

All sessions are recorded and stored on our secure servers for thirty days before being permanently erased: you can listen to your conversations whenever you wish during this time and save them to your computer. As with all personal information, your recorded sessions are protected in accordance with privacy laws and our Code of Ethics.
